How about that? So when Hayden retires, we can maybe open with one of the reserve players. Bowling is the big problem, if any of those four pacers get injured or whatnot, then we'd have to stick like Johnson or Casson in there.

Watson is better than Hopes

Yeah, there shouldn't be too much doubt on that, except that Hopes is (or has been) tidier with the ball. Watson has rearranged his bowling several times so it's hard to say what he will be doing now. I did notice some good shape in the IPL; though he won't get much new ball in ODIs, he looks to have improved his penetration.

They all average 43+ in ODI cricket. They should all be given maximum time to make 100's. Very ideal setup.
