At my age I can't afford to buy a professional image editor, and the avatars that I have made myself in the past have been unsatisfactory. I am requesting for a graphics master, and there are many here, to make an avatar for me, featuring Tim Bresnan and the colour blue.

With paint you can change the sizes of things you just like highlight what you want to make smaller with a marquee box then drag to the size you want!
