ICC2006 knows a lot about hex editing.. i wonder how he figures it out i mean for this game
ahh hex editing, well I don't know much about it really, I just play around with it you know by loading my file and just changing some stuff, that's how I got to know about changing team names, difficulty, type of game( so full, scenerio, etc), usually what happens if you change stuff is more apparent if you change it in first 2-3 lines, so like with one number just after your team name ends, you can change the difficulty level but if change few numbers somewhere in the middle of the file it wouldn't make any difference unless you changed lots of stuff but then usually it would just corrupt your file. Apparently changing the date/ game year your team is in doesn't make any difference in hex editor, so it's something else.
Also I think when ICC 2007 comes out, I might be able to change some stuff in my Surrey11pak file on ICC 2006 and make it work on ICC 2007, basically I guess how I would do it is just compare my ICC 2006 file with the 2007 one so compare the format etc and then change things, but I'll only know if it works when ICC 2007 comes out. I tried changing a ICC 2005 to 2006, spent around 5-10 mins it didn't work but I've never tried again, I guess maybe if I spend like half an hour trying to figure out, I might be able to do it, but I'll see with ICC 2007.
