A few surprises in the bangladeshi team but a very strong side nonetheless. The NZ squad looks similar to their World Cup one so I do think they will win the series 2-1 :)

FULTON TON IN BLACK CAPS ROUT

New Zealand opener Peter Fulton produced a career best unbeaten 117 to guide the black caps to victory in the opening match of the series ,Bangladesh had won the toss and elected to bat ,the tigers were on a high having pushed South Africa in the previous series and were looking to build on that ,but what they came up against was a hungry tourist outfit fighting for places .
All eyes were on youngster Sharirar Nafees earlier in the day who had hit three fiftys against South Africa but a Scott Styris delivery that stayed low out foxed the tiger only to see his off stump lying behind him ,the crowd was silenced expect from the cheers from the black caps camp they knew they had the big one ,wickets fell at regular intervils after that with the the bowlers sharing them out ,Jeetan Patel came in at the death to claim 3-12 with his off spin ,tigers crawling to 179-9 off 50 .
New Zealand reply was catious to begin with as Shahadat and Mortaza threw some aggresive stuff at them ,but seeing that through Fulton especially set off hitting Rafique for 3 consecutive boundries to bring up his 50 off 86 ,his 2nd 50 was more convincing as the boundries flew all over the ground his ton coming off 127 balls ,he added 17 more to his total as the black caps reached their total with ease.

BASHAR ANSWERS CRITICS WITH TON AS TIGERS WIN

Habibul Bashar and Bangladesh put on what could be their best performance in the one day stage by skittling the black caps for 184 and replying with 185-3 to win by 7 wickets and tie the series at 1-1 .
New Zealand won the toss and decided to bat ,the black caps made a steady start just going at the 3 and over mark and just as they went up a gear Shahadat Hossain struck trapping captain Fleming lbw for 14 and 3 balls later McMillan was sent packing without adding to the scorecard this time Baiysa the bowler this time caught at mid-on by Aftab Ahmed ,New Zealand got themselves back into it with a nice partnership between Bredan McCullum and in-form Peter Fulton but when both were removed in the space of 3 overs it sparked a crumble of the remaining batsmen ,Shahadat coming back to take 4-50 for the tigers .
Bangladesh reply started fiercly with Bashar hitting 5 boundries in the first 2 overs , Bashar who is under extreme pressure from the Bangladeshi public to stand down after a run of personal poor scores looked comforatble at the crease with some flowing shots , Shane Bond again struggling with the conditions and was wayward ,the black cpas got a few wickets but Bashar was on fire reacing his ton with a boundry off Oram ,a few more cover drives and Bangladesh had levelled the series .
Now onto Fatullah for ther final match ,should be a interesting encounter .

Fantastic win for bangla. Brilliant knock by the skipper and to level the series against a top quality side is great. The series decider will be a good 'un

BLACK CAPS BRUSH TIGERS ASIDE IN FATULLAH

New Zealand wrapped up the series 2-1 with a convincing win over Bangladesh in Fatullah by 7 wickets , Bashar won the toss and put his side into bat after the fireworks from Chittagong all went sour here in Fatullah , the New Zealand bowlers were fired up having had a stern talking to by the backroom staff for the performance in Chittagong ,in an amazing collapse Bangladesh went from a decent 97-2 to a meesly 113-7 with Shane Bond finally having some luck taking 3-26 , James Franklin(3-25) & Daniel Vettori (3-25) gave the tigers no chances with some good catching in the outfield as well .
In reply New Zealand made a sticky start before finally excelarating towards the total , Ross Taylor who had been out of sorts in this tour so far hit a fine unbeaten 45 , he was joined by Bredan Mc Culum(35no) ,the writing was on the wall as early as the 2nd over when the tigers dropped Stephen Fleming twice in the over while on 3 .
So once again Bangladesh lose a series 2-1 , lots of postives for them of course going into the test match with New Zealand at Dhaka .

It was an exciting series... First Kiwis won... then revenge taken by Bangladesh in 2nd ODI... and once again, Kiwis showed their class in 3rd ODI and winning it by 7 wickets and hence bringing the series win. Great fighting by both the teams ;)

Looking forward to the test series. Neat presentation as usual mate :clap
