can someone help me i got the ps3 version of ashes 09 today and i seem to do well with the seam bwolers i get to around 1-70 of 28 overs and then the spinner comes and and knock me over for about 130. I need some desperate help with playing spin bowling i always get edges to the keeper and edges to the slips.
any help is much appreciated

Make sure you're timing the shot correct, I always miss the first ball when the medium pacers come on because I forget that they're not fast bowlers.

i tried so many times, the ball always lands short of the boundary....wats up with that?

Gotta hit it sweet.

I've hit one not that it's helped i'm Australia and i bowled England out for 230.

I thought yeh i can easily get a big lead here, well obviously not, Brad Haddin was the only one that saved me with 50* as i was all out for 178.

England batting now and are 4/0

You need to charge the ball and loft it.. I couldn't get a six without charging it easily.
On 360 the charging and lofting was achieved by LB+LT+B.. On PS3, i am guessing its LT1+LT2+O..

I played a sweet cut shot which went for six on Normal mode in the demo
It works when the batsman is set and the timing with the loft is perfect

hit plenty on my first game with Warner was 0-50 after 3 overs then all of a sudden i just collapsed to about 6-57 lol I was just mucking around hitting loft to test things out, I guess its to do with the agression of your batsmen and confidence

I only hit a six in the easy difficulty with Mitchel Johnson

To hit a six Just press the lofted butoon when the bowler releases the ball

I've hit a few on hard. Just had a slog with Jayasuriya and did it one with Shah in a Twenty20 and one with Strauss in the Ashes.

Easy all you do is come down the ground and time the ball to perfection hit it actually quite a few times.
