Now comes the dilemma whether to select Watson or Ishant Sharma in the bowling line up?

What say guys? Ishant has taken 3 wickets in MD practice match & Watson was the match winner against VV.. Confused dilemma.. we should take the gamble anyways!

haha, yes strange simulator. It didn't allow Tendulkar to be dismissed only for the last two games and which indeed has costed us the match and the series

I think we will keep Mishra in. He's done well. Although its just a game but still we'll stick to him. Funky and Yusuf got a good start for us and maybe the openers we were looking for. What say?

Yes, after such a tight spin Vs the Master blaster, Tendulkar... Mishra is definitely IN!!! And the first 100 runs opening partnership came as we expected it. Would have loved it if it wud have turned as victory runs.

yeh Funknath and Pathan got us off to a cracker, Mishra bowled some tidy stuff. just our pace bowlers dont seem to pick up wickets, hopefully tommorow they will find some form

Yea, something regarding the pace bowler has to be sorted out. Atleast for this purpose I feel Ishant over Watson.

Ishant can give our pacers a bit support.

I'd say the first one is better as Ishant would probably be a better choice over Watson in supporting and adding to the pace attack.

I say we go for a genuine bowler. Our batting is quite good. Its just the bowling thats let us down. But inclusion of Watson will give us strength in batting. Who is going to select the pitch?

So now 2 people(Burnsy and Aamir) wants Ishant... Funky feels Watson. Well, I also feel Ishant can make a difference since we are struggling in the pace department. In first match lets take a gamble and try him.. If he goes all right, we will try to rotate Watson and Yusuf. Or We will prefer Watson over Ishant.

Now, its 3(wanting Ishant) : ( Wanting Watson) 1 ratio till now

Hence the final XI would be,

I feel this itself as a great improvement of our thread considering the start of this thread Likewise, I strongly believe we will have great results as well towards the end of this season 2
