What is wrong with the selectors? Vinay kumar and Mithun just dont deserve to be anywhere near the team.If selecting Mithun wasn't ridiculous enough, they have out done themselves by selecting vinay kumar.

tweaking Vinay Kumar? What is so special about him? He is tweaking useless bowler man.. Irfan should have been the choice, so now if bychance Zaks falters its going to be Ishant Yadav and Mithun/Vinay?

I follow Hindi Cricket Magazine named as Cricket Samrat, and if you check last month edition, you will get an article about Anil Kumble's Company about new talent. Vinay Kumar and Arvind are contracted with this company and Magazine suspected that they are getting benefits of their contract just because Kumble has good position in Karnatka Board. As We see Vinay Hasn't done anything special apart from 2-3 performances against WI that he is getting chances continuously. So I think Article of magazine might have been right.

Well, if thats the case then Selectors needs to be exposed through some sting operation

We need to blood in Irfan as early as possible as he is in good touch confident enough and that was what Zak all about when he came back in that England series few years back

The thing is, I don't get why Irfan was selected for last 2 ODIs then? He didn't play in one and might not even play in the other. I think selectors thought just doing this will be enough.

Exactly, Vinay Kumar is still okay but the other guy Mithun doesn't even have potential to play ODIs!

What is wrong with selectors? Not giving a chance to an experienced and in form guy like Irfan Pathan giving chances to Rahul Sharma, Vinay Kumar and Mithun for WI series is ridiculous. Also, Irfan had played in Australia twice and is in good form so he should by miles been the first choice of the tour down under.

I just don't know why they (selectors) pick players when they are in form. They didn't pick Irfan now and I'm sure India will miss it. They didn't pick Shikhar Dhawan when he was in his prime form in U19 world Cup. In the same tournament, Salman Butt was in good form too and was picked for Pakistan.

Only good thing done till now in recent past is taking Virat Kohli in the team when he was in form and the move is still paying dividends.

Man, Kris needs to move down from his position now.

Wonder if Pathan can have a comeback reminiscient of Sidebottom a few years back. If he takes the wickets Ryan did with his improved maturity then he could still be useful with his batting.

Personally, I think he'll get taken apart by anyone who is set in Australia as the ball doesn't swing for long.

Seriously pissed and will be more pissed if Vinay gets a game ahead of Umesh or for a fact even Mithun gets a game ahead of Umesh.

Zaheer has said he is feeling more then fit which makes him sure in the XI
