Brendan, can you do both of these requests:

A Banner of 700x300 with the text:
"My Passion for Cricket", the story of a cricket lover

Another banner of the same size with the text:
Introduction

Do make a footer to suit the banners.
Please give a 'hand writing on notepad' effect to all banners.
A lightning vector with this color combination(#cdcdcd and #666666), make it cool and awesome.

I'll do the banner and footer.

Could you do a request for me? I need a banner currently and later some logos. First, you please do the banner. The details of logo will be given in later PM.

Text on banner should be - Minor Countries Championship.

Use black color for the banner and preferably white colored text. A large sized one will do. Use good font as well.
