Hi there people yet again another set of questions from yours truely.
This is a particularly frustrating ongoing which has been happening for years now. We (me & family) have BT Broadband the package is good (I don't think we have a download limit or anything) it's fast and works well.......except for one minor thing now I'm not sure if this started happpening since we got the router but the internet keeps cutting out like 3-4 times a day usually more than that. Now is this because I have a router? Because I dont remember it cutting out when we first got the net or is it because BT are crap?
We have even phoned them about the problem and they have just told us to do a load of tosh which usually works for 10minutes or so, we've phoned them well over 5 times btw. My bet is that its got something to do with this router, ''D-Link Wireless ADSL Router'' even though it has wires stuck in it lol.
This other question I have is to only be answered if the problem of the above question is BT. Meaning if the above questions problem has something to do with the router then theres not much point answering this next question.
Is there a realiable ISP that just works and has a good download space for a month or whatever and is cheap? My dad pays ?17.99 a month now for BT Broadband.
