Yes it has to be WinZip 10 because we had some issues during beta testing with other compression tools where the roster got badly screwed up.

Will WinZip 9 work?

I have a problem downloading mine...the first time it said internet explorer error and closed and the second it has stopped 20.3mb of the way through...it is not downloading anymore
