can't save!!

I've installed the game several times and it still doesn't save properly! Is this just a bug or what? Is there any way to fix this?

when i go to save the game it doesn't save. after i quit if i go to load game there's nothing there!?

no it just says saving for ages, nothin happens so i have to close the program, then wen i load the game back up there's nothing in the saved game area!

What are your PC specs?

i've had the game 4 months but everytime i go to save it, nothing gets saved!
I'm running the game on my laptop which works fine no problems as the game doesn't require a high spec pc to run.
