I'm in favor of having 5 overseas and 6 locals in a lineup.

I really think WI players should play a 'greater, greater' role in the matches.
If there are 5 overseas, the managers will concentrate on overseas balance rather than local.
If there are 7 locals, it'll be the real CPL, Windies players will play a greater impact.
Managers will work hard and they'll concentrate on WI for league's sake.
Looking for other's opinion too.

Agree, but the idea of 5 overseas helps the managers who don't have a lot of good local players and in addition to that the managers can prepare themselves for the Champions league where 5 overseas are allowed in a lineup.

I am also supporting the idea of 5 overseas, gives everyone a chance to play their best overseas players in every game.

I agree with 4 OS'. That way people'll put more emphasis on the locals, which at the end of the day, is the purpose of the league, isn't it?
