Caribbean Premier League 1-3

Sunil Narine took two big wickets wich was probably the break-through and then , it was easy for Gul .Speaking of batsmen I would say Samuels did a magnificent job .:thumbs

@RPHKR - Don't you think the results are having huge margins? Almost all of them are.

Not really. Some games had huge margin victories but not all. I'll check it though. :thumbs

Mid-season analysis

Bears have been playing great since the start. It's all due to their team effort. Narine has performed brilliant picking up most wickets in the team with great average. Simmons being the most run scorer with highest score too. Kallis provided his all-round performance throughout. Umar Gul sparkled at times. They're the table toppers now and have a scintillating chance to qualify.

It's not a bright season for Tigers as they won only a single game. It's been atrocious for them to keep good names and many of them underperforming. Watson's providing an ubiquitous performance althrough. Bowlers were good throughout but the batsmen need to sparkle. Lineup change or trades might work.

Wolves had been experiencing both gloom and splendour. But they have provided a great all-round display. Most of the batsmen have got good scores. Bowlers have got few good performances overall as a whole. They have got a 'deadly' bowling unit really. Dale Steyn picked 3 wickets in the 'single' match he played but he was sitting out in the other matches. A different strategy to make a good player sit, maybe? :p

The main tournament has not gone in the Lions' way. It has been greatly atrocious for them. They warmed up great winning both of the pre-season matches. Their bowling doesn't look strong as other teams. Sehwag is an experienced player who can guide others. They have quite good batting. Philander should be worked out. Lineup change or trades might work for them.

Jaws had a much better tournament this time. They're the table second now. They have a fine team with good batting and bowling. Mathurin and Sammy had been the top wicket takers. Jayawardene had been the most run scorer of the team. Kohli hasn't been sensational. He should be tried at different positions. MS Dhoni hasn't proved himself yet nor given good chances. Rampaul can bat too. They have a very good chance for qualifying.

They were not so bright as last season but they had a good season this time too. Deonarine and Johnson had been playing lucid. They have got few cool performances from the batsmen too. Chanderpaul and Sangakkara delivered their batting well. All they have to do is to get the best possible lineup, pitches for them and they still can repeat the last season's glory.

great analysis will help and our big gun Kohli might try some few things on him our team needs to win the next three games to be safe at least but hope we make it to top 2.

Analysis prove our performance , Samuels has a big hand behind the success of our team and position .:thumbs Hope this great form of players continue through out the last stand .:thumbs

Nah, as I am just 'filling' in, I posted it here. I have started to hate SGs now tbh.

That was a good analysis. We're in a great position to qualify for play-offs. We should not allow our excellence to deteriorate now.

Tough matches coming up...best of luck team..
