Windward Wolves have been dominating the season since the start. Most of their players have performed well. Their bowling attack has been deadly and they have got Russell with most wickets. Hashim Amla was the key factor in their winning campaign who played masterclass innings in the final series and in the tournament too.

Amla, Gayle and Reifer were terrific! The knew how the ball would come and played accordingly to help the team get to such a mammoth total. Alas, that was it. None of the other players could contribute double figures to the scorecard. Our bowling unit did well as they kept wickets falling in intervals and never let them overtake us in the contest.
Of what has been a brilliant season, VC has taken most charge while I was away. So congrats to him specially for the lineups in the final that brings the trophy to us.
Puneeth, you've managed the league beautifully, introducing several changes and improvements in course of the tournament. Well Done. You deserve all the applause.

So finally we won the CPL . Our top three were terrific with the bat and scored most of our runs. That shocking collapse were we lost our last 9 wickets for just 26 runs made me think that we'll lose again but that wasn't to be as our bowlers contained the Gladiators and did a brilliant job. Amla, Russell, Gayle, Ajmal, Steyn, Reifer, Best to name a few were brilliant for our team throughout the season. Hope they party well now and enjoy themselves after their brilliant efforts that made our team do so well
