Yes, that's definitely the best catch of all time infact. :hpraise I have never seen such catches before. Atleast Karthik's catch ( posted some posts above ) looks similar to other great slip catches, but this Polard's one is unbeatable.

Smith's was good, but that catch in the 03 WC at deep long on by a WI fielder was better. He was much taller and he leaped and took it. Think it was the game where Davison got a ton, in fact it very well may have been his dismissal.

Yep Drakes, that was awesome. The other catch i'll never forget is Adam Dale in a MMC match at the gabba in 97/98, also MEW's catch of Inzi at Hobart, 99/00.
