Removing those lights and adding some texture will be a good finish along with change in font but it's a good start just needs some proper finishing.

Lights are simply unnecessary.

I could know I need to remove lights, but couldn't know why exactly.
Btw, I know I'm giving some poor finishings to my works, I'm still a learner tell me something regarding the finishing. or I need to be trained at MSD coaching center?

Give lights if you think it fits to the sig try playing with opacity,download some textures pack from sportgfx.Choose the textures according to the sig and learn some renders effects tuts from sportgfx.I am also still a learner it is just a advice from me.

Just make it blue and add the "Cup" text after western confederations text
