My 1st team is Juventus then comes Chelsea. From spain I support Barca as i hate Madrid.

I can't stand people who need to have a 'backup team'! You can't say 'us' about Chelsea when you admit yourself that they're your second team!

Listen i follow both EPL and Seria A . I am Italian fan. I support Juve from a long time. I started follow EPL few years ago but i was aware of the teams. Never liked Man u and Madrid and never will. Where the hell backup is coming from ??

Oh thats a good idea having back up teams WC! I might do that, at least I can celebrate either way if Liverpool win the title if I choose them to be my back up. I'm thinking I will choose Liverpool at the moment, although they are not in the Champions League so I suppose I should do them and Arsenal just in case they beat us in the semi, I'll worry about which one out of Barca/Chelsea to have as my new back up-back up after the semis are over.

Its not possible to support 2 clubs in equal measure. You said Chelsea was your 2nd club therefore its your backup club in my opinion.

I don't have back ups, Phil. I support each of the 40 teams in La Liga and the Premier League equally. I'm not a glory hunter who favours the big teams.

I'd imagine that would be quite difficult unless we are diving into the world of reserves and under-18's. I'd do that though if it meant I could celebrate.

Barclays super-duper coca-cola fizzy pop reserve league is definitely on a par with the Champions League in my opinion.

I see you are sharing the love Will, good on you. I do wonder how fans in Spain cope as surely the population of football loving people outweighs the capacity of the three clubs in Spain. How do they share the love like ourselves?

Exactly. You can have a sort of liking for a team, if you wish them well for some reason. For example, when Captain Marvellous (Bryan Robson) was manager of Middlesborough, I used to wish them well and hope their results went well (apart from when playing against Utd, of course). And when Ince went to Inter, I kept an eye on them for a while (that was before he went to Liverpool, of course). But you cannot support two teams equally.

The man talks sense. Nothing can match the passion I have for Norwich City but I like to see Huddersfield and Rotherham do well because they are managed by guys who had connections with the Canaries.

I support Sydney FC because I live there and Liverpool because I liked playing with them years back on FIFA (Sounds weird but when I decided to start watching soccer I watched Liverpool first because of my game on FIFA and I sort of new some players). I dunno, I don't think it's weird because they will never play each other unless it's a friendly which is still very very very unlikely. I dunno, you guys might think different but everyone in Australia supports 2 teams - A-League and EPL.

What are you talking about dude, there is a difference between "liking", "supporting" and "following" a team. You can't support 3 teams at same time.


My home team is Rangers FC, because it's from where I was born and lived, so I'm a fan of them.

I support Bayern because I follow them.

I watch Liverpool because I like them.

but end of the day my team is Rangers, and only rangers. (who are not that bad actually ;p)
