Your Cricket Classifying pace bowling

If you're 13 and now if you bowl at 100 Kph..In future you're a speed machine...
If you bowl at 80-90.....You'll reach 120-130 in future...(Only if your exercise is regular)
If you're 60-70 now....You'll reach 110-120...A medium pacer..

When people are going through puberty making up things like that is insane. you never know. He may have a growth spurt and become a 7'6 monster releasing it at 133.7 MPH or he could stay just like he is with minimal growth, during your teens you just dont know. Thats why many people come into cricket late.

well your pretty fast then lol... for 13-14 but you will not reach your full pace untill your like 20-23 maybe even after that...

Like im 21 and im only bowling about 110km/h but thats since i only started playing cricket at 18 and only started bowling at 19 and for a year of that was bowling medium slow, like about 90km/h lol. But im slowly getting quicker, but im dont really need to get much quicker because i can swing it both ways. But i wouldnt mind getting to about 120km/h. Since i only play B grade, it would be more than quick enough

But at 13 90-110 is more than quick enough... keep up the practice mate

I bowl 150kmh;)

Nah, but I don't really know how fast I bowl, maybe about 90-100 Kmh?

Well my friend was clocked at 108 roughly at 13, and I'm almost as quick or as quick at my fastest, so I'm probably around the 90kph to 110kph mark, turning 14 in 19 days.

Looking at your video clip you posted I'd say maybe 100K. But then it's pretty hard to judge pace on youtube.

90-100 kph....And you're turning 14...I guess you may cross 150 when you're 17 or eighteen..Just keep your body tuned up!

That was just my common observation...

I wish, but that will never happen. I have a friend who I reckon is almost at the 120kph mark, he's a beast, really quick, plus has the bouncer and everything. If I am even 135k at 17-18 I'll be stoked.

Hmm.....I think you'll cross 140..On Indian wickets some guys cross 135 at the age of 17 or 18...while their max was 105 at your age....That's what I've seen.....As a fast bowler you need to maintain your body that's the main...And you're in Australia you've got an advantage as a fast bowler!

If you were 135K at 17-18 you should be happy because you'd most likely be in the Aussie Under 19 team, or at least your states under 19 team. Kids always overestimate pace. Coaching my brothers team early this year there opening bowler thought he was 120 odd (He was told that apparently) and a few of the other bowlers who were a little slower were told they were around 115-120 (13, 14 year olds). Not even close tbh.

When I was in school NZC had a roadshow going around the country trying to find the quickest secondry schools bowler in the country. Trent Boult won the thing and his quickest speed was 138K and he was insanely quick.

Gee, post of the year.

125km/h at 17-18 aint that bad, actually pretty good. Might wanna aim for that pace.

Quote of the year mate, just look at the 5th Ashes test.
