Commonwealth Bank Series

which should hopefully take soe of it away from england.

That is one of the most pathetic and childish comments I've seen on this forum, and I've seen a few. It's not our fault that the series was so long, or that there are three finals tagged onto the end of the league phase. We've won it fair and square like you won the Ashes fair and square.

Well it seems my bit of faith from a couple of weeks ago was well placed, even against a so called unbeatable team, I guess that just makes us miracle workers eh?

I guess we still didn't deserve to win though, according to some people on this forum.

England have peaked at the right time just before the World Cup. The fielding and bowling has been electric with some more than adequate batting from Collingwood and others.

However, an emphatic win for Australia in the next match puts them as solid favourites for the World Cup and leaving the Commenwealth Bank series with the most momentum. Congratulations England for the trophy but they must keep up the hard work in the upcoming two months.

thank you to Steve Harmison for retiring.we couldn't have done it without you ;) I'm quite glad this tours over now! every ball i stayed up for and the players thought they had it hard

What next match? The series is over, the team will be on there way home tomorrow!

England have a well earned break but now Australia need to salvage some momentum against the far from poor New Zealand.
