Once again, I am renewing my appeal to the PC mod's to create a forum far away to lock up all theese comparison thread's. Whilst some of them provoke good discussion they clog up the main thread. Few reach the sucess of more than a couple of pages and I can't help but feel they are an excuse to gain the odd post count! Also, they are crawling with fanboys. Everyone knows Colly is my favourite player but im not stupid enough to make a Collingwood v Bradman thread.

Cheers

Its already died down if you didn't notice. There are only 2 comparison threads on the main page. We already got too many sub forums as it is and there is no point in creating one for something that will be dead in a month.

How many times has this same suggestion been made? If you don't like them, don't read them and don't post in them. If people do it to increase their post count, how does that concern you?

Completely agree with Shravan.

If you don't like a part of the forum, stay out of it.
If you don't like some threads in a certain part of the forum, stay out of them.

They are dying down now anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

Comparison threads are just for bored teenagers anyway who need something to type about. Real cricket fans know there's little point in comparing players, more point in savouring the great deeds of your favourite players.

All true. Just ignore them, and you won't even know they are there.
