Complete Player editor

I just want to know if anybody is working on making a player editor in which u can edit all the statistics and skills unlike the one which is available now.It pains me to see some of the players who r so good in real life have so poor abilities.
I am amazed why nobody else is talking about this guess it must be difficult to make then all the other editors....
Please some one put ur hands up for the job.
