Give it a read, I always felt like something dodgy was going on. There's not even an independent testing facility anymore, it's all run by the ICC and it's "committee" which is basically India, Australia and England, having their way with the rules and imposing what they want. Like I said long ago, the BIG THREE will destroy the game.
