No. There is no option on the Xbox to move a save game to a usb storage device, which would be necessary to do that. If it were that simple, there would be one available.

there is a way using xport, i've managed to export my files. there are 2 files in the save there is a USER.DAT and a USRSTAT.DAT and are attached if anybody can make an editor that would be great or modify it.
