As I got on the coach to take us to Bloomfield Road a funny feeling hit me. I wasn't confident about this match at all.

It was a one sided first half with the home side creating chance after chance and it was game over at half time. Blackpool were 3-0 up and some of our fans left at half time. The score stayed the same until full time and I gave my boys a bit of sympathy as it was only a friendly.

Good god, I thought you would have walked that game, now come on I'm sure that you have money to spend, plus you now need to pick up all the players for the next game, so this is the real test of your management skills. Just adding to that, I said that to Craig in his Coventry story and then had a 10 game unbeaten streak.
