Chris, I think he is around there with raina, a couple of tweaks to forehead, have a bit more cheek and less beard and better hair would get there!

in game, the pre-made indian players are ethnicity number 5, but everyone here is making them ethnicity 1.

i'm confused.

Nope he's not. I wouldn't have nailed it's Raina if you had asked me to guess 10 times.
 
Would guys prefer to see a created version of the player(lets say Warner) appear as he is walking out to bat or rather a life headshot of Warner? Like this

I think Biggs would especially like to see another Warner in the game.

I'm of the opinion that the Player Cards should be shown on screen as the player comes out to bat, or comes on to bowl. Followed by the format related stats grapic.

There could be a few stats on the cards similar to the way top trumps were presented.( high score, best bowling, Age, height, weight etc)

Also maybe if it's a test/fc game it shows the proper stats graphic only but in limited overs game you get both or just the player card.
