I think you've mostly got it, it's a little more chubby than the real MS. Otherwise the stubble, the birth mark near the eye, the lips and even the eyes (are you able to edit eyes in playface?) look gorgeous.

Yeah, the face is a little chubby. The cheeks probably need bringing in.
