i dont care about graphics that much...but i do hope they improve them a little...they look pretty good ofr an alpha...and for once it has weight and height...atleast not everybody has the same model...and it looks like they have different hair

some features do look quite promising - confidence meter, player model/editor etc., world league also sounds interesting to me. In terms of look and feel I don't think we'll see any major change than c2002 though.

those pics are highly dissapointing

How are they disappointing ?? Its an Alpha version, meaning its the first build. The graphics are not optimized or rendered to the graphic engines full capability. I suggest we wait till the beta or the final build screen shots appear before saying the graphics are horrible.
