I personally hope this will be the first truly excellent cricket game. The last good one I played was Shane Warne Cricket 99, but that one had it's flaws.

Thats very old news Insha. It was posted on Cricket2002.tk 3-4 months ago. Also appeared on BlcOnline and Cricketweb.

The site where you got it from may claim it as new info but its already done the rounds more than once.

Why cant they just call the game 2003? I know its not just Cricket that does it, but Cricket games come out a loooooong way before the year they state they are for.

Why cant they just call the game 2003? I know its not just Cricket that does it, but Cricket games come out a loooooong way before the year they state they are for.

When I asked Liam from EA Aus a few months ago the ostensible reason he gave me for this was that there were "skipping" a year so to speak to iron out all the bugs and add solid ai to the game. Hopefully thats the case for all our sakes when C2k4 releases.

Paullyboy - Its because its based for the 2004 season. By the time it comes out, most of the 2003 season will be over... and where would be the fun in playing something thats already happened?

I've never been anything but polite to you. Its unfortunate you feel that way. But as I was trying to indicate to you unlike some forums I dont care if you have 10000 posts or 1 post. It doesn't give you or anyone else "special" priviledges if you have lots of posts. Everyone's equally welcome here.
