Cricket 2005/2007 Strokes help

I've played this game for a while now, and I honestly can't say that it's a bad game. It's in fact pretty good. I played heavily for a year and then stopped and have recently restarted. You shouldn't play the game if you want to play sweet strokes or have amazing versatility. But if you want to build up big innings or slog (which is ridiculously easy to do) play on hard and stick through your innings without restarting.

My question is if there is anyway to hit a four without the power button? All my drives meaning forwards shot/left,right,forward never go for four, they always are either stopped (most of the time) or are ones. Any suggestions? Don't really care...I'm find with forward right shots and the occasional six...just wondering

I have the same problem, and I can't do it either. Really annoying.

Find a decent patch and you hit a lot more normal shots for four...

Kinda hard because I have it on PS2.

Yes well thats the reason why PC version is much better. Simply because you can patch it. All games on PS2 have major bugs and are no where near the quality of the game we expect. Best thing to do is just get everything on PC
