Playing with the latest patch on Steam and the issue of front foot defense outside off still not fixed...
Also the pitch marker timing also seems to be unfixed

Had raised the ticket already...Hopefully they will address it soon

easier to just do a live stream he can pick which ones he wants to prioritise. its literally a cricket simulator hidden in a giant bug!

Let's try to make clear video he won't be able to see our inputs or is there a way of doing that? I've seen fighting game players and some fps guys do it

I'm sure they are aware of it. But acknowledging that in the forum would raise question why this was not fixed in the latest patch. Anyways I'll be creating all the new tickets with videos. If that can help us all get a good game of cricket, I don't mind the pain.

To be honest, my experience hasn't been bad with the game. I'm irritated at the old issues from c19 which is getting carried on. I'm having a good career experience barring the offside play issue. The main problem is batting (again barring offside issue) and bowling is too good that even an average fielding by Ai/career team mates would ruin the overall experience.

Make sense buddy. Assuming that between few of us itself we would have created 100s of tickets so far, it's good if we have a separate thread to discuss.

@cricket_online I saw you mention you changed pitch marker? Did it actually change because for me it's been bugged since day 1 and no matter the value it will not change...

Also yes do you remember I said in one match I was in 6th stump and ball would race away through gap point/cover. This is completely unrealistic and if the ball isn't mega wide they just play that ugly cover drive shot. I'm not kidding as a total experience I'm having more fun on mobile game when batting

I've to double check that but I don't believe it changed much from how it was behaving before patch. But changing the ball marker display time does show the line & length marker around the ball earlier (at least this is what it looked to me) - I'm talking about the green/yellow/red circle around the ball with line info. Mostly I prefer to use that as a guidance to play the shot instead of the marker on the pitch.

And I saw a very similar behavior as what you've mentioned about the 6th stump or wider line. Against a pacer the ball has to be quite wide, and probably a certain length, for it to go through the gap between Cover and Point, which is unrealistic and goes against every coaching manual. You're taught to play the ball close to you and not reach for it and get your feet as close to the ball. In this case I was only able to hit the gap between Cover and Point if I played away from the body against a delivery I had no business playing even in an ODI. Against spinners there're no such issues so clearly there's something which needs to be addressed by Big Ant as this definitely wasn't the case in Cricket 19.

I am a Xbox user. You want me to spend another $60 for this piece of garbage?

My entire Cricket 22 experience so far has been 10 minutes play on the day of release. That is it. Have not gone back.
