Tried out nets on PS4 and am hoping the final build at release time is an improvement. The graphics aren't sharp and there's a bit of stuttering, which I didn't come across in Cricket 19. From gameplay perspective, batting is pretty similar to Cricket 19, which is not a bad thing. As long as flicks to fine leg region are fixed, which we can't tell in nets, batting side of things should be good.
It's the fielding (including byes & overthrows), and especially the field sets, which were a major bugbear in Cricket 19. If Cricket 22 can nail the AI field sets, it would be a huge step up from earlier iterations. Don't want to see barely 2-3 fielders outside the 30 yard circle after power plays in shorter formats, or field changing randomly every ball in Tests.
