I just played a T20 world championship match in C19 with rain interruption midway in the match. After I had bowled and restricted SA for a Subpar target in 19 overs which looked like a walk in the park, the reduced overs DL target chase in 12 overs still made it more interesting.My point is you don't need rain to have the spectacle of a close match. And is Steve Smith lobbing down pies to James Anderson incredible sport or a bit Sunday league? And, I completely agree with Matt's point; that for every match that might have a close finish because of rain there's a dozen it ruins or has no significant impact upon.
Do you want bad light as well? I guess BA could forcibly changes the graphical settings so you literally can't see.
If you have an on/off option it still needs to be implemented properly because the people who have it 'on' are going to complain if it isn't regardless of where it sits on the priority list.
Not really complaining unless entire games are washed out, which is pointless.
