The problem with fielding is that this feels unrealistic.
Look at the distance between the hand and the ball.
No international player would misjudge the ball like that.

Well, If you could reduce the distance between hand and ball. It would make the miss fields look more realistic.

You're not alone on this. Despite the many good efforts of Big Ant on multiple fronts in Cricket '22, the likenesses of New Zealand and Ireland are so poor that it's disrespectful to the license and surely an embarrassment to the segment of the art team responsible.

The fact that there's been no real contact to the user base about when this will change or indeed if it ever will is particularly rotten.

They could have taken submitted likenesses from playfaces created by users in the interim, but instead we've heard silence for the most part.

Given how ridiculous the likenesses are currently and the general expectations of any purchaser who sees the box in a shop, it's the closest to misrepresentation I've seen Big Ant tread.

100% agreed mate. Seriously hope there is some communication on this in the near-term, or even better - actual faces themselves

Hands up how many people didn't know these issues existed?

That's the thing I'm afraid we all know a bucket list of issues and we've been used to all these 'bugs' for quite a while now that we are now seeing past them as if that's the 'norm'.

What else can people do? They raise lots of tickets in the hugely advertised 'support site', post it in bug report thread and they even go to Twitter to Ross who blocks them and calls out 'dick' reviews..

Remember all these people aren't demanding 'fix game' and moving on, they are the ones who go out of their way typing stuff ,record footage, testing for a game that they've bought with a fair sum of money.

All because of the love they have for the sport and empathy towards the solitary developer who puts out these games.

So, instead of calling certain people with some 'lil' names, if we all can be humane to each other it'd be really appreciated..

So all of a sudden in the past couple of days, this forum and the people running it has become sensitive to criticism and a bit too harsh on those who are stating the issues? What happened? Has Ross taken charge of the forum too? Especially the tone of some of the posts have become too rude. Don't thnk too many people appreciate it to be honest.

I can understand that about people who only moan and bitch about the game no matter what. But there are a lot of people who do appreciate the game for what it is and when they see something that is not so great they talk about it.
