I was genuinely enjoying this until the last ps5 patch. It’s so frustrating.

We know that by the end of the WC they’ll stop patching. If only they’d stopped when England went out.

It’s the fact they edge towards a half decent game then absolutely demolish it with loads of crap stuff we hadn’t seen yet, says it all when people are rushing to turn updates off when the game gets in a half decent state. I have given up myself I’ll follow on here see what’s going on cz I find this forum more entertaining and enjoyable than the game I paid £50 for It’s so so so poor they should be held accountable for the constant mess

the wicketkeeper not moving and then the overthrows nearly every ball were the last straw with the newest patch. At least a fortnight ago the game was playable even with superhuman wktkeeper it was better than now.

Yes I had multiple instances of bowler throwing and hitting wicket keeper on shoulder cz he didn’t know it was there. It’s bad

I was having a great time, in lieu of a working career mode I downloaded Irish domestic sides and held a one day comp to determine who would be selected for an Emerging Ireland side to tour against Bangladesh A. Allocated bats and equipment to all players, created a few players who weren't in the squads already, played the entire tournament as Northern Knights, created an Emerging Ireland squad based on performances, downloaded Waste's Bangladesh squad, reskilled them to fix the C22 perk issue, sorted out their equipment, created 3 format dependant Bangladesh A sides and now there's no point playing the tour because the game has gone to sh*t.

Let's hope the next instalment of Risk Reward Simulator rolls us back to where we were a week ago.

I just got a bug where Ben Stokes is now using a Kookaburra Surge bat in my game. Thought it could have been a side-effect of an England team I downloaded in the academy or something. But it is unfortunately not. I've reset the academy and restarted the game multiple times to see if the issue fixed itself, but alas, it still persists. Just wanted to know if anyone else has the same bug on the PS version. I've sent a ticket to Big Ant. Hope they resolve this. However, this could also be a side-effect of the latest patch, but it is doubtful if I was the only person affected.

Is anyone else playing on Xbox One? The state of the game is an utter disgrace. Right from the beginning there has been an issue with the visuals of the game going dark after every ball or simulation. Not to mention the outfield looks horrendous, the stadium has matrix like glitches, and the game feels a huge mess. I can't believe this game is over a month old and still in this condition.

I have mostly been positive from the beginning and haven't given up on the game like many others here. But after the latest patch, last night i had a horrible game. I have been playing this test match for a few days now between Australia (early 2000) vs SAF (2012) and started the last innings with Australia (AI) needing 349 to win. things were going well for Aus with 88-0 after 25 overs (before the patch). and then after the patch, Caught behind where wicketkeeper comes forward even before the ball reaches the batsman. talk about showing the scripts in blatantly shameless way. Almost wanted to quit the game. But that wasn't all, had 4 stupid run outs where after the final one i didn't restart because i had truly lost interest to play other than that nagging feeling of just finishing the match. I did finish it with Australia being all out for 232 in the end. I had some beautiful moments in the game : batsman defending a bouncer and ball lobbing up for the bowler to dive and take the catch, Plays and misses followed by catch on the 4th slip, AI setting up field for bouncers and surprising me with a full one in the middle and getting me bowled. But it was all ruined by the latest patch.
