Am wondering if anyone wants to start a Planet Cricket World Championship (with one user for each of the major cricket nations) for the game called Cricket Championship.
It's a cricket management game a bit like Battrick, but with much better presentation and a decent amount of users, looks very professional, and you can play as any of the major or minor world cricket nations (from Australia to Bermuda).

I was wondering if people play, or if we can get people to sign up to play, only takes a few seconds to get approval, and you can have your team picked in a few minutes due to the ease of presentation.

My idea is to have one Planet Cricket user for each major cricket nation, so we can organise an FTP amongst ourselves and post scores and other things of our friendlies in here.
We can play "Tests" as 4-day Friendlies (102 overs a day, with ability for home team to set conditions beforehand), or ODIs as 50 over friendlies. If we have enough nations we can organise a World Cup, or an Asian Cup, or whatever we like.

You can train your team, they get good eventually, and are ok to begin with (rated about 60/100 to begin with if they are good at something).

I was thinking if we only use players of the nationality of our team, then it will be like international cricket (unless you are like England and fill your team with South Africans, j/k).
If we all sign up around the same time our teams will be of roughly equal ability, and it will be first in first served as to who gets to be which nation.
So I'll see if anyone wants to sign up, it might take a while, but eventually it could be something quite good.

I get to be the first to sign up, I already signed up to the game this week and like it a lot more than Battrick and the others due to the 4 day games, depth of tactics, and presentation. I'm a Pakistani team, and as always on these games, only ever use players from my country, so I will be "Pakistan" in our world cricket championship.
My team is only just started, so is as weak as everyone else who has just started the game.
If people want to be on my ICC, they can, we all get one vote, with no president, and definitely NO BIG 3!

We can organise Tests or ODIs amongst ourselves, or involve ourselves in one of the starter Leagues in the game until we have enough signups.

So, the sign ups are...remember it's first in first served...and only one user for each nation, if that nation is taken you have to choose another.

I will be busy playing in the Starter Leagues for the next couple of months, but I imagine it will take some time to get enough players together. Once I'm done with that, I'd like to just remain available for friendlies as part of the FTP on here. Both Tests, and ODIs, but to be organised with whoever from Planet Cricket who signs up wants a game.

However, I do have time for ODIs, which means if things go really well, we can organise a World Cup as soon as we have enough signups, and play it in conjunction with the real World Cup (we can play a few extra games early on to catch up).

Is a great game, great AI, in depth tactics, great presentation, easy set up and site navigation, endless options if you really want them as well.

I'll compile scores and things and do a cricinfo style presentation of it on here.

So sign up, only takes a few seconds to get approval, and only takes a few minutes to set your lineup and tactics, and it's free, you'll love it.

Also, let me know what your team is called in the game so I know who to organise a friendly with and search for.

I think Leagues is a more appropriate and popular spot for this thing, so I just started a new thread over there, if you want to sign up then please sign up in my new thread over there.
Sorry for any confusion.

Thanks @shaheer, will go put you on your list over in the Leagues forum, am always looking for friendlies, my team is called Gujranwala Gorillas if you want to challenge me.
