@Meet: Hehe, you can move the batsman with your directional keys. When you're ready to play a shot - hold in A for a front foot, B - back foot, C - lofted front foot, D - lofted back foot and then press a directional key. That should do it
To tell you with default settings, the batsman is moving with A and D:yes

I know its a bit hard to implement but if you do it would be a much successful game:
-Creation of tournament/series, with automatic fixtures if possible
-Creation of teams and players
I know its really a difficult task.:yes

Meet added 9 Minutes and 5 Seconds later...

I have also seen wide deliveries being counted in batsman's faced deliveries.
So correct it.:)
And also if possible can you add training session with timing meter?:p

Yes, they're both already implemented actually - you can create tournaments/series when you select Tournament -> Custom in the formats menu.

I *do* have a temporary game editor (teams, players, tournaments, etc.) but I want to rework it before I release it. Should be done in a week or two though.

Aren't wides counted towards a batsman's deliveries? If not, it's easy enough to change :)

Wides are actually counted in a players deliveries, well AFAIK.

Yeah, rework that editor. It didn't work last time. Or release it and then I can go find out which stats refer to which number in the player sheet and I can change it like I did last time :p

"Note that when totting up you do not include WIDE deliveries as balls faced although they are recorded as a delivery." from here.

I learned something new today :)

Hmmm, but you said that you could move the batsman in your other post?

As you told me the batsman moves with arrow keys, but its not so with me, it moves with A and D

So if possible add these things or the things you need to work on-
-Options for Fast, Medium and Slow simming.
-Training session with training with a dialog box with the controls or with the message to press a particular key to get a particular result
-Change option of "Controls" to "Controller Reassign"

Also how can we save Scoreboard and Commentary or it will be included in final version?:)

Aaah, by directional keys I meant the keys you assigned for the directions in the Controls option menu :)

I'll add a training session soon - can you explain what you mean by fast, medium and slow simulation?

EDIT: Oh and the commentary and scorecard can be found in the Commentary folder in the game folder. It's all saved as .txt files.

I played with these controls-
78435d1292509148-cricket-heroes-screenshot-pg-2-advanced-cricket-video-game-co1.gif

And batsman moves with A and D.So I am only able to move batsman in the game:p
By slow, fast and medium simming I mean the speed of simming. Some may like to watch commentary and score of every ball, so they will choose slow simming while those who need immediate result will choose fast simming.:)

OK, you should be able to move the batsman like this:

A - left
D - right
W - up
X - down

To play a shot, hold in:

I - front-foot
O - back-foot
K - lofted front-foot
L - lofted back-foot

and when the ball arrives, keep holding either I/O/K/L and press:

A - off-side shots
Q - off-side, behind the wicket shots
Z - off-side, in front of wicket shots
X - straight shots
C - leg-side, in front of wicket shots
D - leg-side shots
E - leg-side, behind the wicket shots

Let me know if that works for you :)

@Meet: I will, but it's going to take time. Try playing a bit more and see if you get used to the controls. If you can't, make a suggestion as to how I can improve them and I'll see what I can do.

Great. No problem. As I don't think you are eager to release the game, and that you want to include every unique feature.Time is not a problem.

Not now.I have my exams going on, as it wad a holiday today so I gave it a try yesterday and gave you the necessary feedback.I will tell you about them tomorrow.

And also why don't the arrow keys appear when I change the controls to them, as seen in this picture.

The blank spaces are the arrow keys!
