Perhaps a better solution is just to increase batsman aggression in the death overs.

Aggression is fine , it just just the blocks thats need to be converted in to block and run.

@dancingmongoose: Correct - the aggression needs to be fine-tuned.

So, I've managed to import the new umpire model and the scale looks fine. The animation is silky smooth ^_^ I'll upload a gif tonight.

Just started a new career and went in to cum records section of t20 , there was negative runs and S/R there ,

You can try odesk to hire 3d designer.
Hire 3D Modeling Specialists - oDesk

it will cost you though.

You can tell one of those guys to use makehuman as a default model and then make neccessary changes for all the models required , shouldnt cost you more than $60.
