Hmm interesting. They shouldnt be edging that many. Will check it out when I get a chance.

You won't notice massive reverse swing. If you manage to get it it'll be subtle in the shorter formats. The most i've managed to reverse it is about a foot which is more or less correct going by current footage.
 
AI playing swing bowling too well (international mode and career mode) but yet they seems to through away their wkts to both spinners and fast bowlers every now and then , wkts now feeling like random encounter :(

Can you make it more apparent (a foot long) in shorter(especially t20s) formats atleast for skilled bowlers? otherwise it will beats the concept of having reverse swing in t20s :([DOUBLEPOST=1441040287][/DOUBLEPOST]
Because in your career mode the bowlers are much more skilled than the batsmen. Try starting from scratch?

Yep from scratch , still batsmen gets out randomly turning the game in to a low scoring one, they do playing swing bowling exceptionally well though which is also not very good.
 
How so? There's no fast bowlers at the moment who get big reverse swing in short formats.[DOUBLEPOST=1441040385][/DOUBLEPOST]Lol there's always a reason the batsman gets out ;) In this case they might be overconfident - check their ingame status by clicking on the button in the top right corner.[DOUBLEPOST=1441040450][/DOUBLEPOST]I'll tweak the AI batting versus swing and spin though.
 
Can you bring the sim buttons (5 overs ,10 overs , next wkt) in career mode both innings? Looks like I have to revert to longer format in order to witness reverse swing as you are not implementing it properly for t20s , I asked for the custom patch about reverse swing in t20s which neglects realism for fun :D , if you can still make one? Would be epic to see my team mates and my career player bowling foot long reverse swing in t20s with skills in 60s lol.
 
Bowler who can move a ball great deal doesnt make allowance for that movement , the result being a wasted delivery (mostly lbws missing due to excessive movement ), can something be done regarding this aspect?
 
OK - new patch (v2.877):

- some AI fielding & batting tweaks
- there's a data\special.cfg file - modify the values in there to get more reverse or have the ball wear down faster (or slower)
 
Can you describe the values and are they career mode compatible? more softness values means ball will likely to get prepared for reverse swing soon right? I have put the value from 1 to 1.5 and now balls seems to taking damage even slower than usual , also more reverse values means more swing right?

It would be great if you can expose the variables for AI batting vs spin,pace,movement in special.cfg and also plx fix that early pull never connect shot , its so easy to get dot balls as AI 70% plays pull shot too early and resulting in missing the ball and sometimes LBW.
 
special.cfg doesn’t seems to work properly (or am I doing something wrong?) I change the t20 softness value to 15 and then 0.15 but nothing happens to the damage rate ,its mostly equal to number of overs (5 overs = 5% etc) and I change the reverse attributes from 1 to 40 but the ball still didnt swing at all after 16 overs (16overs = 15% damage ) ,tried that in career mode t20s , am I doing something wrong? what are the values to get big reverse swing started after 10 overs ?
