Cricket Leagues - Announcements

Guys. I am unwell. Was in hospital in the morning. So, in whichever league, I am participating, please tag me when I have to post the teams. As I will be looking at the posts only where I get alert for next 2-3 days. Thank you.
Sorry to hear that, I hope You're fine. :)

I'm extremely sorry for my inactivity. I got caught up with unwanted family problems. I'll hopefully be back this week, up and running USPC & HCP.

So I'm thinking of doing a mini Test Championship after my Ram Slam is finished. I'm going to be doing a bunch of different teams that all have rules to enter. If you have any ideas that will be great! So far I have One Test wonders (players who only have 1 test cap, might extend it to 5), Non-English Englishmen (Players who represented England but weren't born in England), West Indies Decades (A squad made up of one West Indian debutant from each decade, if there are left over places then it restarts from the 2010) and The Teens (Players who made their debuts before the age of 20). Any other ideas?

With the posts above, nothing now will ever make senses. Although, You can try a Baseball Xi.

Baseball Xi - A team consisting of baseball legends!

But Baseball Xi, Miscellaneous XI, Ugly XI, Beautiful XI, All-Time Women's XI won't make sense at all. So as it will be a cricket league so better keep cricket players.

Exactly. The examples are great and I'll probably use one or two but it'll be more based around certain anomalies like players playing for different countries.

Hey guys I want to tell you I won't be active from now to 18th april, as because my final board exams are starting from 2 april.
I am pulling away my name from all leagues accept for UT20 and Cricket Dynasty. Sorry for inconvenience.
@RAGHU @Na Maloom Afraad @Baahubali @Markkkkk
I am sorry if I forgot to tag someone.

Need a manager for FATA Falcons in the Haier Cup Pakistan. They have a good squad with Shoaib Malik leading the troop. They have Ravichandran Ashwin and Rangana Herath who will surely succeed on spin-favoring UAE wickets. They also have MS Dhoni who can play a crucial role behind the wickets. They have decent overseas recruits such as Doug Bollinger, Ravi Bopara, Sam Billings, David Miller, Martin Guptill, Luke Wright and Trent Boult.

I suppose you can have a look at these too, though they're probably not as interesting as the ideas posted above.

  • Non-Test XI (from Test-playing countries); eg Franklyn Stephenson, Clive Rice etc
  • Non-Test XI (from non-Test playing countries); eg Bart King, Ryan ten Doeschate, Ed Joyce etc
  • Test players born in non-Test playing countries; eg Moises Henriques, Henry Olonga etc
  • Players who played cricket internationally for more than one country; eg Eoin Morgan, John Traicos, Anderson Cummins etc
  • Multi-talented sportsmen, i.e those who were good enough to play cricket & other sports professionally; eg Keith Miller, Maurice Turnbull etc
  • World Cup specialists, i.e those who performed better in World Cups than they did elsewhere; eg Gary Gilmour, John Davison, Geoff Allott etc
  • Players who excelled in one World Cup, but never got to play another (I suppose many from the above category will also fall under this one); eg Neil Johnson, Vasbert Drakes, Andy Bichel etc
  • Players from other sports who had occasional run-ins with cricket; eg Phil & Gary Neville, Harry Wright etc
  • Cricketing pioneers, i.e players who were among the first from a particular country to sparkle on the world stage; eg WG Grace, Fred Spofforth, Learie Constantine etc
  • Players who were seriously talented, but perhaps played in an era when their skills were deemed surplus to their nation's requirements; eg Sylvester Clarke, Brad Hodge etc
  • Players who died too young to fully realise their potential; eg Phillip Hughes, Archie Jackson etc

I will be more than glad to help if you need any assistance with the player lists. I've done my fair bit of research on such things in the past and still have a few of those old lists lying around somewhere.
