What about a the two of you work together?

I would suggest the same. The idea is great. But everyone wants to play a league which will see its end or many more seasons, not a hold sign. Since @Jack Ryder as bad track records and an inexperienced league manager (is own words), I would say both of you join together, slit the work like PCPL is conducted. Each take separate formats (but make sure the attributes of the players are same all over)

@Pinch hitter - With his experience and great track record he should, simulate and post matches, make fixtures and logos, ask for line-up. Most importantly set up the league...

@Jack Ryder - With his inexperience and bad track record he should do the rest.... (Infact take rest)

You both are great guys. Personally I would like to see Jack Ryder finish what he started. I believe he needs to finish his first league in order to move on to others.
Pinch hitter, is a hell of a league manager. I'm sure with his infinite experience and Jack's passion, the two will make an awesome duo.

Our egos will not allow it.

On a serious note we have the same basic idea but when we extend it the differences comes out like how we are going to handle overseas. So it would be better if one works freely.

Start of IDL doesn't mean the end of Cricket Royale. Cricket Royale is not an ordinary league, it will run continuously when it returns and hopefully it will return before IDL with very very minor changes so it doesn't overwhelm me.

Years back, @PCA use to manage a league called Cricket Manager C2K15 , That was the first league I participated and one of the best. But I could not find the thread. Has the thread been transferred to someone else? is that league still going on?
