Cricket Leagues - Feedback and Suggestions

Do you think it would possible to have a league that is below the Champions League, something similar to the Europa League for second-placed teams?

It is good to have Secondary CL only if we have lot of Domestic Leagues running... but, there is only limit of managers runs domestic leagues... so there is no need for such league for now...

Understandable, but in the near future if there is alot of domestic leagues running then it would be an interesting concept to put in use

Just a suggestion I'm making to the Cricket League managers. How would an international Test league sound with real PC players? Complete with skill sets that they can choose themselves. Each PC player will represent their own country, they'll be given an X amount of skill points that they themselves need to distribute to get a balanced player.
For PC players like in India who has alot of Planet Cricket members you can have a provincial league within this league to select the best possible squad, like in real life cricket. Players play for their position in their international team.
Ultimately you'll have the best PC players representing their country and challenging the best players of other countries.
I've added a poll to see how many PC players represent the different Test playing nations.
I would have loved to create a league like above mentioned, but my knowledge on designing and managing a league like this is just too limited.

Edit:
Or have a National PC player league complete with skill points and the top players will represent their country in an International Test league!

Really sounds good. Will try it out after March 22nd.

Has anyone tried simulating matches using DBC 14 yet?

Me and @NaviN GandhI just did. :D

Our next league is gonna be DBC based. :p

Damn, you anticipated me :noway.

:D

It's gonna be a career based, league. We're still working on the basic idea of the tournament though. :)
Even I was thinking of it! I plsy the game daily and have a good record. I'd like to add my name to the manage, ent if you need me. ;)

Have a really decent idea for a signup based league. But I'm not really sure what the activity here is like nowadays. Will I be able to get 11-15 active signees?

Well, the format is kind of inspired from Stick Cricket's World Domination and the tourneys in Beyblade anime. We start off as a local team taking nations on in the order of their prominence in cricket, starting with obviously the lower first. Should be able to find some 24 odd cricket-playing nations from across the world, including the permanent test members and the associates.

But that's not it. I'll implement features like progressive improvement, form, match fees and other cash to buy upgrades, progressive fatigue, variable pitches, injuries et al. Cricksim I suppose is still the best ODI sim around?
