4.Will it give us a 3D view of Spider?
5.Will it be a playable game as Cricket 07 of EA or only a management game as ICC 2010

1. Pricing will vary depending upon the region and edition.
2. You may look for some of those in Ultimate Edition
3. Yes, that's a basic feature and integral to match analysis.
4. Yes.
5. Yes, Express and Ultimate editions are 3D playable

Some questions I asked them and what they answered

Will it be available in stores in North America?

My questions are:

1. Can you please clarify the three edition of the cricket life games as people seems to be confused regarding what features are available?

2. Apart from mentioned features which are obviously missing from the CL1, could you please also tell us what other feautres have been moved to CL2 which were originally been said to be included in CL1?

3. gamebeince has obviously let the fans down by not giving us any sort of updates and have lost the support, what are the chances that the game would not be postponed once again?

4. How serious are the people of gamebeince regarding the CL franchise?.

5. Other developers have shown lack of interest in the support of their game after release, what sort of support will be available from gamebeince after the release of CL1.

6. The 3D aspect of the game were very similar to cricket 2007, how much has it improved since the last screenshots were released?

7. Most cricket games which were released came with their fare share of gaming bugs due to lack of testing done by the developers, how much effort have been put into making sure that the CL testing is done accordingly? are you planning to have beta testing with fans?

8. Online play has been the biggest flaw of cricket games, what action are being taken to make sure this flaw is minismised?

9. The 3D aspect of the games, how many different bowling and batting styles have been included?

10. Are award ceremonies still included in the games? ;)

11. Could you please tell us how many commentators are included in the game? repetition is another issue, has any action been taken for that?

12. How many difficulty level are available in the game? how well is the game constructed in terms of gameplay? what action are taken for the hardcore cricket gamers to enjoy this game?

13. Now we know that all 40 stadiums are not included, could you please clarify how many stadia are included in the game?

14. How many of the features are included from the list below which were originally promised by gamebience?

Tournaments and teams

• There are 10 user-playable countries in the game.
• Each country has all major domestic teams
• The user will be able to choose one of the players available from the domestic team and lead him into the international team or create his own player.
• The difficulty of the game will be inversely proportional to the ranking of the player. It will be easier to play as a top-ranking international player but more difficult to play as a domestic start-up player.
• The following number of tournaments are guaranteed to be available in the game for each country:
• England: 4
• Australia: 5
• India: 6
• Pakistan: 5
• New Zealand: 3
• South Africa: 3
• Sri Lanka: 3
• West Indies: 3
• Bangladesh: 2

• There are also domestic awards for each country that are not only for international players but also for domestic players. There are various categories of awards.
• Winning an award adds to the morale of the player and boosts PR level that will be useful for getting lucrative sponsorship offers.
• Winning International awards significantly boost PR effect compared to winning domestic awards.

Software Development Kits: Modding experience enhanced

Gamebience is committed to enhance gaming experience. For the first time, we are giving an opportunity for the modding community to seriously take part in the game and decide what they want and what they do not want in the game by releasing a Software Development kit for modules that we think will be appropriate to hand over to the community.

• An SDK will be released shortly after the release of the game that will allow experienced modders to modify the rules of the existing tournaments and as well as add completely new tournaments using the Software Development Kit. Using the SDK, any modder who knows basic C/C++ language will be able to create/modify tournaments in the game without any difficulty.
• The in-game awards system is also be modifiable. More in-game awards can be created, categories can be added or modified.

Next feature set on Monday, 4th September 2006 - Overview of the game, various key factors of the player and how they influence the game, overview on the Player Evolution system.(For PlanetCricket this shall be released on the 2nd and 3rd of September itself.)

All names, characters, organizations appearing in the game are purely fictitious. Any resemblance to real life names, characters or organizations is purely coincidental.

What features does this game have to offer which will set it above the rest?

Is the "Life" part of the title just a gimmick or do we get a realistic career mode of a professional cricketer?

This game with Management mode is to be out by July 2011

Will you be answering these questions before the end of the decade?

They do answer the questions, but apart from that nothing else seems to happen. i hope this games comes out before 2055 :rolleyes

Do we have to buy both editions separately, or can we just upgrade/patch the first one in order to get the second one?

And what will be the price range?

Well there are 3 versions available.

express version : its totally 3D arcade game, full fledged simulation cricket game.

Regular version: its had most of the management side of the game with no 3D game.

ultimate version: is best of both world from above.

I know that, that doesn't answer my questions at all...

Instead of "both editions" I should have just said "the three editions", I think that's what you're talking about.

So essentially what they are planning to release in June/July, is Cricket Life 1 without any 3D features. This means it's going to be a management style game only for this release, no simulation, no 3D!

They will be releasing two games at that point, Cricket Life 1, which is a player career management game, and Cricket Life Express which is a 3D simulation.

The game coming along a bit later is Cricket Life Ultimate which will be a combo of the two.
