First and foremost I thank @SixerBoy11 for co-managing this league for the last three seasons. Due to his busy schedule, @Raghu will co-manage this leage in Season 4 along with me.

Special thanks to @Ali. for agreeing to design the jersey and logo for all the ten teams.

Season 4 Changes:

1. Player Retention:
Each team can retain maximum of 2 players with the option of retaining two more players in the Secret Bidding using Right to match card.

2. Right to match card:
Once the secret bidding results are announced, teams have an option of using Right to match card to retain their existing players for the price which they sold for in the Secret Bidding. The right to match card decision needs to posted in the thread within 24 hours after the announcement of the result.Right to match card cannot be used in the last round of the
secret bidding. Each team can maximum use two right to match cards.

3. Betting:
Betting value has been increased.If you win the bet you will get $400,000 and if you lose the bet you will lose just $100,000.

4. TV Channel:
Each team can have their own tv channel. TV channel helps to increase your number of fans. Every day you will get 1000 fans for sharing youtube videos related to your team.

5. Newspaper:
Each team can have their own newspaper. Newspaper helps to increase your number of fans. At the end of the match you will get (2000 or 4000 or 6000) depending on your design/content of the newspaper.

6. Tweets:
Comments for your match will be considered as tweets. Tweet helps to increase your number of fans. Tweets posted at the end of your match will get (500 or 1000 or 1500) fans depending on the content of the tweet.

7. Website:
Website helps to increase your number of fans. At the mid season you will get (2000 or 4000 or 7000 or 10,000) fans depending on the design/content of your website. At the end of season you will get another (2000 or 4000 or 7000 or 10,000) fans depending on the design/content of your website.

8. Stadium Upgrade:
Previously stadium upgrade costs 10 Million. Now its been reduced to 5 Million. As Kolkata had upgraded their stadium in the previous edition by paying 10 Million their seating capacity has been increased to 30,000. Other teams have seating capacity of 10,000. Stadium should be upgraded at the beginning of the season and it can be done only once in a season.

9. Ticket Revenue:
Ticket revenue depends on number of fans you have before your home match. 20% of your fans will come and watch the match. For example, if you have 50,000 fans before your home match then 5000 fans will come and watch the match. Ticket price costs $100.

10. Merchandise:
Merchandise sales depends on your number of fans gained in Season 4. You can make a $10 profit from each fan.
For example if you have 100,000 fans in Season 4 then your merchandise profit would be 10 Million.

11. Insurance cost is scrapped and there will be no rain affected matches.

Things that remain same as last season
1. Home team will have the option of choosing the pitch type (Excellent or normal or poor).
2. Main sponsorhip money depends on your performance and number of fans at the end of previous season (season 3).
3. For Apparell sponsorship teams can either go for 1 Million fixed or 200,000 performance bonus for each win in season 2 (9 league + 1 playoff + 1 final).
4. Betting will happen for real life matches. All kinds of real life matches will be available for betting. Domestic, international, test, odi, t20 etc.
5. Secret bidding rules have not changed much. I will post the separate rules before the beginning of the Secret Bidding.

Squad Rules:
1. Each team should have minimum of 15 players and maximum of 18 players.
2. Each player in your squad needs to play at least one match before the end of leage stage.

New Players:
Mark Waugh, Michael Bevan, Andrew Symonds, Len Hutton, Fred Trueman, Graeme Pollock, Alland Donald, Sunil Gavaskar, Javagal Srinath, Courtney Walsh, Michael Holding, Dennis Lillee, Greg Chappell, Waqar Younis and Inzamam ul haq are some of the new players for Season 4. Complete list will be announced before the beginning of Secret bidding.

Season 4 Prizes:
Tournament Prizes:
1. Winners - 8 Million
2. Runers up - 6 Million
3. Third place - 5 Million
4. Fourth Place - 4 Million
5. Fifth Place - 3.5 Million
6. Sixth Place - 3.5 Million
7. Seventh Place -3 Million
8. Eigth Place - 3 Million
9. Ninth Place - 2.5 Million
10. Tenth place - 2.5 Million

Bonus Prizes:
Team Performance:
1. Team with five consecutive wins in league stages - 2 Million ( a team can win this only once)
2. Team with three consecutive wins in league stages - 1 Million ( a team can win this only once)
3. Team with highest victory margin (in terms of balls remaining) - 1 Million
4. Team with highest victory margin (in terms of runs) - 1 Million
Note: If a team wins prize for "five consecutive wins" then they are not eligible for "three consecutive wins" prize.

Other Prizes:
1. Best Website - 2 Million
2. Best Newspaper design - 2 Million
3. Most profitable team in the betting - 2 Million

Now comes the most important part.
Each team can have 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 managers. There are many activities like bidding, team selection, newspaper, tv, tweet, betting, website so having more than one manager for a team will be helpful.

Managers who had managed a team in Season 3 will be given first preference. If they are not interested/responded those teams will be given to other managers solely based on my discretion. Once the initial list of managers have been identified others can join as the co-managers depending on the interest of the manager.

If you had managed a team in season 3 and would continue to do so in season 4, you are welcome to do that. Please post your confirmation.
If you had not participated in season 3 then please post your interest as there will be many vacant slots for managers/co-managers.
