Player Retention:
Each team can retain two players before the auction.

If you are retaining one player then you can spend maximum of 9.5 Million in the secret bidding.
If you don't retain any player then you can spend maximum of 11 Million in the secret bidding.

If you retain one player then all remaining players will be into Secret Bidding.

After secret bidding your squad strength should be at least 15 and can have maximum of 18 players.
