I beg to differ there. Burma was never a province of Independant India. It was only called a province of India by the British during the colonial times. I don't think it qualifies as being a province of India, as at that time India was not a country.

If we want to be really pedantic about it, then we can exclude Ireland, Scotland and Wales from the list I gave, as they aren't countries.
