Easy for a self respecting Nintendo fan. They actually started off in the 1860s making Hanaduna cards or something. Then, their first foray into arcade games was in the 60s or 70s with a little guy called Shigeru Miyamoto. He created Donkey Kong, and a character called Jumpman, who would later be known as Mario. My question:

How did Nintendo come up with the name of Mario?
