It will be 30 days from the release Console release date.

To the others above, I estimated the release date to be the 15th December and it was set as our internal target street date back in February, I am glad that it has been hit.

does this also mean the retail copy will be released early in India ? The Indian distributor is denying an early release . Might cancel the retail order if so

I think there will be local distribution but it would be Amazon I think and I'm not sure if it is at launch (digital will be at launch).

Ross when you download the game digitally, will the initial game download include the Day 1 patch or will the patch need to be downloaded and installed separately?

No update in India PSN store as well. I just checked it. still shows DBC14. DBC 17 is not in the list at all
