dbc17 hacks: fearsome tweak v1.51

Okay let me try different values, I only tried with values suggested by Franco but played one full test match. I will try bowling with x as 0.

hi surendar, these values were only an example to answer a question. Usually the speed of a fast bowler is around 40 (for the
Y coordinate, the most important), so if you want to modify it you can insert for example 5, so it will be increased to 45.
If you insert -5, the speed will be 35. Of course for a spinner the speed will be much less, dont remember how much.

This is how it works only for the bowlind modifier, not the batting one.

Thank you Franco, I will play around with those values. For a moment, when I saw the word bat speed - I was kind of thinking that speed with which you swing the bat. ;)

Your patch is totally fun, I am enjoying this variety of dismissals. I also like that force wicket taking option though it is kind of cheat engine. Whenever I am in mood to simulate a match in career, now a days - instead of doing that, I enable force wicket taking option and finish it off quickly. :D Absolute fun!

Me too man the force wicket option just enables you to wrap up a game as quickly as possible.

Franco plz add a readme or help file in the next patch update for the bowling and batting modifiers
This X Y Z thing is just a bit complicated

Hey bro,Can you do something by which we can make players wear sweaters, jersey, full sleeves in matches, any software, app???

So are the scenario editor tools just for simulation? Do they do anything in live play?

An instruction manual for simpletons like me (for the x, y and z value) would be much appreciated.

Also, for some reason when I play the ball is not red but blue. Any reason for the colour change.

If you could get rid of the bat pad smash you would be the greatest person ever!

@sphanlon you use the simulation to recreate the scenario, then exit the simulation and play it.

@Mondy i'm finishing an update and i will include a help file. The colour change might be a glitch in graphics filter
when using the custom cam, anyway it will be fixed.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable and frustrating match as Hampshire using v1.23. Enjoyable because I got early wickets (I had them 60 for 4) and kept Leicestershire to a lowish total. Frustrating becaue I lost even more early wickets (33 for 5 including a hattrick).

Not experienced many early wickets in one day matches without franco's hack. It felt like a realistic innings though, recovery in the middle and not being able to finish them off. There were edges flying through gaps which was is a pain but hey, that's cricket. Amongst the 8 Leicestershire wickets I had 2 bowleds and 1 lbw, the rest were catches and that feels like a really good balance. I'd turned the catching mini game off, I do kind of miss the slip/keeper catching but it's interesting to play without it. The flow of the game is more natural.

I've got several suggestions and requests for you @francobaldo1 but you've got enough of them already, I'm sure. You've done a great job though.

thanks, spent last few days improving my tools and i'm VERY happy with the progress.

Hey Franco, Thanks so much for this. Two quick question
1. If you use force wicket chance, can you disable it by unchecking and pressing start again? Or is it still on until you close the program? That's what I've been doing and it seems to work, but sometimes I get wicket against me in weird ways, so maybe not?
2. a. Does the bowler speed hack just affect visual speed or does it influence the AI's ability to catch up to a ball affected by the tweak?
b. Does the bat speed hack just affect visual speed or does it affect what happens to the ball if you hit it? i.e. is it hit harder from the bat speed?

press START only once, then you can enable/disable the options. I think the ball speed will affect the AI batsmen, cannot be sure at the moment (i'd say 90% it affects it).
If you use the speed hack for batting, the only thing changed is the speed of the ball.

Looking forward to the next version, and especially the help file you're including.

I wish you worked with Bigants fixing stats bug. BA is so silent about fixing that, seems like they have no clue of how to do that.
