GOOD NEWS FOR INDIAN DOMESTIC CRICKET..

Delhi high court allows Jadeja to play domestic cricket
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Cricketer Ajay Jadeja can play domestic matches, the Delhi high court ruled on Wednesday.

A division bench comprising Justice B A Khan and Justice O P Diwedi passed an ex-parte interim order to that effect.

The order was passed on an appeal filed by Jadeja against the May 26 order of a single judge bench of the same court turning down the cricketer's plea for return to grade cricket. :)

When the current Australian team steps on to the playing field there is little doubt that they will win, no matter what. If their batsmen fail, their bowlers do the job. Their domination of international cricket has been such that most teams would consider bagging their scalp as the ultimate prize in the sport. Thus, their record winning streak of 21 consecutive ODIs does not surprise many; neither does the sound thrashing of India, arguably their closest rivals, in the final of the 2003 World Cup.

News From England

There was very nearly a remarkable score in England's county championship today. At one point Nottinghamshire were on the incredibly low score of 7 runs for 8 wickets! They "recovered" to 19/9 before an excellent last wicket partnership got them to a final score of 79 all out.

Hey, maybe the team management should try revising the batting line-up.
The last two guys really deserve to bat a bit higher. Adversity brings out the character in someone is n't it?

New Zealand duo Stephen Flemming and Daniel Vetorri have both signed temporary contracts to play county cricket.
