Congratulations bud, hope mother and baby are well.

Will take the names thown my way in this thread under consideration.

Here you go!. Also, good luck with the smelly nappies and sleep deprivation - a friend of mine's ex had a two year old kid who was really nice and all, but wasn't toilet trained until she was four - not very nice...

also, the more boasting about their super awsome girlfriend, the more likely I am to see you as a goony idiot who wants to show off on the internet that they have a partner. Sure, you can assume that 90% of the internet are sad men with no lives (:(), but if you boast about how great a life you have, then it sounds as if you're... overcompensating!

BigAnt, in the future PLEASE release CA in a torrent file. I had to download the latest CA about 10 times because my download file kept stopping before fully downloading. Torrents are so much easier...just start the d/l and leave it.

IDM makes it much better than torrent.

Will take the names thown my way in this thread under consideration...

Congratulations on your successful world premiere of "C A Iversen II"

Matthew Biggs Iversen has a certain ring to it....

Not sure mate, might do, but 40058 doesn't quite ring a bell just at the moment. :)

Anyhow, just in the unlikely case anyone else was wondering, lol, my wife finally had our second son this morning. Will take the names thown my way in this thread under consideration.

So, the next release date I'll be looking out for in the New Year will hopefully be DBC'14. Which will also be exciting for me.

Ah it won't ring a bell mate, was thinking Chris Iverson, did'nt see the NZ location :lol must get myself some glasses, congrats on the baby and Merry Christmas mate!!

Who on earth would want to play a game like this with a joystick? This is a cricket game not a flight sim.

That's the attitude that stops some good developer's who are capable of making a good cricket game.

Go buy a flight simulator then. Heck why waste money on a sim when you can just fly a plane

How would I play this game with a joy stick? Dual analogue game pad yes, but a joystick? Again, not a flight sim, also it's 2014.

Its been said since day 1 by Ross and his team that this game will work with X360 controller or some thing that resembles and plays like the 360 controller

Its been well documented here. Big ant have taken that risk with no keyboard support and as far as batting goes it works better then past cricket games

People have had more then a year and now even more to save up for a 360 controller. So now crying about why this and that doesn't works is useless. So if you want to play with joypad's, android emulators and what not; stick with the past games or you can always download the garbage called Ashes Cricket 2013

Two joysticks might work. But I would assume someone's just not familiar with the various terms, and confused Joystick and Joypad.

Anyway, I hate how people seem to be going to such efforts to avoid getting a controller - sure it's an added expense, but I've not seen one post from someone who has played it with a good gamepad and then still wanted keyboard controls.

It needs a new control scheme because it's a new control design. Sure most other sports games hack together a keyboard fallback, but you would be taking away everything that makes the game unique and then you'd be the first to complain how it's not as good as everyone said it was.

The controls play a huge part in how enjoyable the game is - bowling is fun because of the challenge in getting line and length right with the analogue bowling; batting is great because you get a real feel for the shot you play.

Hi ross, when is this game releasing?

I need to chase down 458 in a test match on an uneven pitch on 5th day and get some closure.
